My vision on health coaching is to improve your health so that you can perform at the level you need to achieve your goals.

Habits are behaviors that have been programmed so deep in our brain that we automatically execute them.

Habits are also:

  • Eating when you’re unhappy

  • Responding with frustration to negative feedback

Performance, Purpose and Your Health

Health can be a goal by itself, yet it’s more effective when your goals are at the level of performance or purpose.

With health coaching, we focus first on defining your purpose. Then we work back from there. We ask the following questions:

  1. What is your purpose or goal?
  2. How do you need to perform to achieve your purpose?
  3. What health aspects are important to achieve this performance?
  4. What lifestyle do you need to acquire this health?
  5. Which habits do you need to reject/develop to create your desired lifestyle?
  6. Which beliefs and motivations do we need to address for you to build effective habits?

Habit Based Health Coaching is effective because it treats the root-causes of your health not it’s symptoms. By developing effective beliefs, motivations, and habits we create permanent change.

6 consultations of 75 minutes: €550,-

10 consultations of 75 minutes: €900,-

Single consultation of 75 minutes: €100,-
